Coaxial cables: RG-59/U
Slide nut, washer and gasket over jacket, and cut off jacket 19/32″ from end of cable as shown.
Comb out braid, pull braid wires forward and taper toward conductor.
Place clamp over braid and push back against cable jacket. Fold back braid wires as shown, trim to proper length and evenly form over clamp as shown. Cut dielectric to 1/8″ dimension as shown. Tin exposed conductor using minimum amount of heat.
Solder contact to conductor. Remove excess flux and solder from outside of contact.
Insert prepared cable termination into plug body. Tighten nut moderately, holding plug body stationary.
